Learn how to make your Thunderbird e-mail messages more interesting by including graphics, formatted text, tables and more.

HTML E-mail Newsletters

Use HTML e-mail newsletters to tell your patrons about your services and upcoming events! Beth will help you design a newsletter template complete with original graphics. She can also help you create a registration form for your web site, so your patrons can sign up to receive your fantastic newsletter online.
Prerequisite: HTML E-mail or permission of the instructor.

Browser Tips and Tricks

Beth Carpenter, Instructor

Learn some tips and tricks about Internet Explorer or Firefox that will help you and your patrons use it more efficiently. We will also discuss the browsers' Internet options, Favorites, and links toolbars and how to use them to create different setups for your desktop, shared staff computers, and patron-friendly Internet workstations.
Prerequisite: Experience using the Internet or permission of the instructor.
