Remove Hyperlinks in MS Word
Whenever you enter a web address in MS Word, it is automatically converted to a hyperlink, becomes underlined and changes to a color different from the rest of your document. But sometimes you might not want that to happen. If that's the case, you can quickly remove the hyperlink formatting. Here's how:
- If you want to remove one hyperlink at a time, simply right click on the link and select REMOVE HYPERLINK from the menu.
- If you want to remove all hyperlinks in a document together at one time, select the entire document by pressing CONTROL + A. Once the document is selected, press CONTROL + SHIFT + F9. The document will be converted to text, and the hyperlinks will be removed.

Full Screen Feature in Windows XP
Screen real estate can be really important sometimes. If you're viewing particular web sites or trying to look at a long list of folders and documents in Windows Explorer, it can be helpful to use portions of the screen that are normally taken up with scroll, menu, and task bars. For a quick way to increase the viewable space on your screen, try the F11 key. It works as a toggle to switch back and forth between a full screen and a normal screen.
The Full Screen Feature works in Windows XP with Windows Explorer, My Documents or Internet Explorer.
