Procedures for ordering materials
Follow these steps to order SLP materials:
- View options sent to you in the 2008 SLP packet.
- Print the Order Form[pdf]
- Select paper colors for each item you would like to order.
- Record which materials, quantities, paper, etc. on the printed form.
- Send the order form to OWLS.
Some people are used to selecting something from the packet of materials, writing quantities, etc. on the item and sending that to OWLS. You can do that, too, but you still must include an order form with the packet materials.
Keep in mind: the samples are only a starting point.
The OWLS Graphic Arts Specialist will add graphics or move them on the page to make room for your library
information. If you have suggestions for changes, just pass them on and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
