Outagamie County Library Planning

Outagamie County designated the OWLS Board to serve as the county library planning committee and to develop a new county library service plan.  At their meeting on October 12, 2004, the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors voted to adopt the 2005-2009 plan [pdf].
