Reference
(L4L)Here are just a few tools you might find useful when doing reference on the web.
The

at O'Keefe Library, St. Ambrose University. Take a look at their Resources
for Librarians.

Minneapolis
Public Library--Subject List of Internet Resources
You'll find a wide variety of interesting sites listed here; many specific
to Minnesota & the Twin Cities area, but many for any Internet user as
well.
Infomine
This list of resources was made with an academic library in mind, however,
many of the resources listed may be helpful in a public library also.
The
Scout Report
The Computer Sciences Department of the University of Wisconsin-Madison searches
the WWW for valuable resources and publishes this weekly report of what they
find. This is a great way to keep up on what's new and useful without having
to spend a lot of time hunting it down yourself.
