'Casting Kit Borrowing and Use

The OWLS 'Casting Kit is intended for library use only by OWLS member library personnel and may not be circulated to the public.

Procedures

OWLS will maintain a 'casting kit reservation calendar and online inventory for requesting and tracking equipment.

Requesting the equipment

• Check the 'casting kit calendar for availability and submit equipment request form.
• The request will be confirmed or denied via phone or email. 
  

Picking up and returning the equipment

• The casting kit will be sent to OWLS member libraries via van delivery. The case will be locked and the password provided to you. A parts checklist will be included to help ensure that all parts will be returned. The Casting Kit should be returned to Beth at Little Chute.

Borrowing Library Responsibilities

• Providing backup and/or additional batteries are the responsibility of the borrowing library.
